Processing Time:
Orders are handmade and typically ship within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods or drops, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We currently ship within the United States via trusted carriers.
Tracking:
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first. After filing a claim, reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or preference.
However, if your item arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to find a solution.
