Not exactly — charms, beads & accent pieces are subject to availability. If buying an "in stock" item, you will receive the item photographed. If ordering a themed piece, custom piece or requesting an item from a "sold out" line, yours will be made with the original in mind but beads, charms and exact colors may vary. Please contact us directly if you are unsure what category your order falls under.
Absolutely. You can design your own piece by selecting your color palette, charms, and bead style through our Custom Order Form.
If ordering an "in stock" piece online, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom pieces are made to order and typically ship within 7-10 business days. Our inventory is ever changing so if you have ordered a piece with charms or beads that are not in our current inventory, shipping time will be based on material availability. In these cases, we will contact you directly to ensure you know when to expect your order.
Although pieces are made to last, please handle with care. Avoid water, excessive stretching or extreme heat/cold. See return/replacement policy for more information.
